Hawai’i’s Parent Network
PAU Hawaiʻi is building a parent-led network that connects families across the Hawaiian Islands through shared experiences, community knowledge, and collective support.
Each island faces unique challenges, but many families encounter similar barriers when navigating disability services, education systems, healthcare, and community resources. By bringing parents together, we create opportunities to learn from one another, share information, identify common concerns, and strengthen family participation across Hawaiʻi.
Our Parent Network is grounded in lived experience. Every family has a story, every voice has value, and every island contributes to a larger picture of how systems impact Hawaiʻi’s children and families.
As our network grows, each island will serve as a place to connect local families, share resources, highlight community needs, and build relationships that support positive change.
